"I was rear ended this past Sunday afternoon by the mall. The people in the other car left the scene and I was unable to get any information from them. Monday I went into the office and spoke with Mary about the accident. She helped me contact the claims department and file a claim. She explained about uninsured motorist to me and what my deductible would be and. I'm with the Assistance of the claims set me up to have my vehicle repaired. They got me scheduled for the next day to have my car inspected For the repairs. They were very straightforward with all information, wrote it down for me to help me and even printed out my claim for me. On Tuesday when I went to have the car inspected, there was an issue with what the Collision Center told me the deductible was gonna be versus what I had been told on Monday when I contacted Mary and spoke with her again about this. She got everything straightened out and call me back within about 15 minutes and had the deductible straightened out. I am very impressed with the kindness that they provided and the quickness of everything with getting the claim filed and then when I called about the issue with the deductible. I have been with State Farm for many many years and in the last year, or 2, my agent retired and I was turned over to Kristel Tate's State Farm, and I am very impressed with them and their office personnel. Again, a shout out to Mary for everything that she did to help me out it was greatly appreciated."
